-
If you have forgotten your User
ID and Password
to have them sent directly to your email.
-
Make sure cookies are enabled on
your computer settings. This is a common solution when you are having
problems logging in. You may need to check your computer settings to be sure
that cookies are enabled on your computer. It is simple to do and does
require any downloading just a quick change to the settings on your computer.
See tip below for enabling cookies.
-
Adding in new software programs,
changing ISP services, or browsers can affect your computer's settings and
security.
-
If you are not sure about your computer's security settings
- you should seek technical support from your computers company (IBM,
Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Gateway, etc) or ISP service (aol, msn, AT&T,
bellsouth, ameritech, juno, etc.) The support techs will be able to
help you with your security settings.
-
If you do change any of your
settings - you must re-boot your computer (turn your computer off
and re-start it) for the changes to take affect.
-
The problem could also be a temporary
one with your browser so if you have checked all the settings and have
made absolutely no changes to your computer or software you should be able
to log in soon. Wait a couple of hours and try again.
